Nirmal Kanta Anand
Nirmal Kanta was born in the same town as I was. She was born on August 6th, 1943 and her parents moved to India just before the holocaust of 1947 in Pakistan. The two families met again after 14 years in 1961 and our marriage was arranged according to the cultural traditions. We got married on November 29th, 1962 and came to the United States of America in 1963.
We had a very caring and successful marriage for 57 years when my wife NIRMAL KANTA ANAND passed away in 2019 at the age of 76 years due to cancer, leaving behind three well educated children and myself as well as many sweet memories to be treasured during the rest of our lives. She would be remembered as a very kind, compassionate and generous human being who touched many lives positively during her life. It is to honor the Loving Memories of my wife that I have written a book titled “HEALTHY DIET AND MINDFULNESS TO Prevent CORONARY HEART DISEASE” and all proceeds from the book would be donated to Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. She played a significant role to inspire me in writing all of my books.
